By using Anchor or any other Wired & Well product, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
These terms apply to all users — whether you have an account or use Anchor without signing up. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Anchor is a personal mental health and wellbeing tool. It provides:
Anchor is provided by Wired & Well Ltd, a digital wellness company based in the United Kingdom.
The content in Anchor — including journal prompts, breathing exercises, safety plan templates, and crisis resources — is for informational and self-support purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Wired & Well Ltd accepts no liability for decisions made based on content within Anchor, or for outcomes arising from use of the app.
You can use Anchor without an account. If you create one:
You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Account → Delete my account). This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
Everything you write in Anchor — journal entries, safety plan content, check-in notes — belongs to you. We do not claim any rights over it.
As described in our Privacy Policy, we cannot access your personal content. It is protected by Row Level Security in our database.
You can export your data at any time from within the app. You can delete it permanently by deleting your account.
You agree not to use Anchor to:
Anchor is a personal tool — it is not designed for clinical, diagnostic, or professional use. Please don't use it as part of any clinical workflow.
Anchor is currently in beta. We do our best to keep it available and working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, updates, or in exceptional circumstances.
Because Anchor also stores data locally on your device, much of the core functionality works even when offline.
We reserve the right to discontinue the service, though we will give users reasonable notice if we intend to do so permanently.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Wired & Well Ltd is not liable for:
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You can stop using Anchor at any time. If you have an account, you can delete it from within the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, though in practice this would only apply in exceptional circumstances.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
