Apps for minds that work differently
We build apps for neurodivergent people — created from lived experience, designed with real people in mind. Built by someone who received their diagnosis in their 30s and wished these tools had existed far sooner.
Wired & Well was founded by a mental health professional with years of frontline service experience and a late ADHD diagnosis received in their 30s. Everything we build comes from understanding what it actually feels like to navigate a world not designed for your brain — and from spending years watching others navigate it too.
Everything we design starts with how ND brains actually work — not how the world thinks they should. ADHD, autism, PDA, RSD — all taken seriously, all built for.
Our tools aren't built by people observing from a distance. They're built by someone who has been in the room, in the system, and in the struggle.
Informed by neuroscience, psychology and lived experience — translated into plain, honest language that actually makes sense to use.
We're building with purpose — starting with apps that fill genuine gaps, designed by someone who lived those gaps before they built the tools to close them.
Both apps are designed to be used every day — not just in crisis. Private, warm, and built around how neurodivergent people actually think.
For brains that work differently
A nervous system app — not a productivity app. Everything here is designed around how neurodivergent brains actually work. Communication tools, RSD support, PDA strategies, dopamine management, and a full sensory toolkit.
Your mental health companion
A private, neurodivergent-friendly mental health companion for everyday use — not just crisis moments. From "life feels a bit heavy today" through to acute crisis, with warmth and structure at every level.
These apps exist because the tools that neurodivergent people actually need — honest, warm, built around how our brains work — largely didn't. A late diagnosis in your 30s changes how you see your whole life. We wanted to build something that helps people navigate that, and everything that comes with it.
Most apps tell you to be more productive. We built tools that start with how your brain actually works — RSD, PDA, sensory needs, dopamine, masking. All of it, taken seriously.
Anchor exists because mental health support shouldn't only kick in at crisis point. A safety plan you actually use. A journal that notices when you're struggling. Tools that meet you where you are.
Getting a diagnosis in adulthood means reframing your whole life. These tools are built with that in mind — not for newly-diagnosed children, but for adults who've been masking for decades without knowing it.
Whether you're interested in the apps, have a question, or just want to say hello — we'd love to hear from you.
